Project request form

When you use the form, we receive the information you enter: name, email address, company, service needed, project description, indicative budget and timeline. It is used only to reply to your request and, where relevant, to send you a proposal (precontractual steps taken at your request).

The message is delivered by the EmailJS sending service to our Gmail (Google) mailbox. These providers may process data outside the European Union under their own contractual safeguards.

Analytics

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure site traffic and understand which pages are useful. No analytics cookie is set until you click “Accept”. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Links to external services

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google links take you to those platforms, which apply their own privacy policies. None of these services is loaded on our site until you click.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps technical access logs. Fonts are served from our own server: no request is sent to Google Fonts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email us at webandh@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
